📦 Shipping Policy & Timelines

Thank you for shopping with us! We want to ensure your new crown arrives safely and swiftly for your next park day. Please review our shipping guidelines below:

✨ Free Shipping Benefit

  • Spend $50 or More: We are thrilled to offer Free Standard Shipping on all domestic orders of $50 or more (before taxes and after any discounts are applied). No coupon code needed—free shipping will automatically apply at checkout!

1. Processing Times

  • Handcrafted / Made-to-Order Items: Because these pieces are crafted with individual care, please allow 1 to 2 weeks for production before your item ships.

  • Note: Processing times may extend slightly during high-volume periods, holidays, or new collection drops.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We ship nationwide within the United States via [e.g., USPS / UPS]. For orders under $50, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on package weight and destination.

  • Standard Shipping: 5 to 10  business days (Free on orders $50+)

  • Expedited Shipping: 3 to 4 business days

  • Domestic Only: At this time, we only ship to addresses within the United States (including APO/FPO/DPO addresses and U.S. territories). We do not offer international shipping.

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

3. Tracking Your Package

Once your order has been handed over to the carrier, a shipping confirmation email will automatically fly into your inbox containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the carrier to update the tracking status.

4. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an item leaves our workshop, it is in the capable hands of the shipping carrier.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, or weather.

  • If your package is marked as "delivered" but you cannot find it, please check with neighbors, your local mail carrier, or contact the shipping provider directly to open an inquiry.
