At Elaine’s Ear Emporium, every pair of ears is handcrafted in small batches with love, care, and a touch of pixie dust. Because our items are unique, custom-made, and seasonal, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds.

However, we want your experience to be completely magical! If your item arrives damaged or experiences a crafting defect, we are happy to offer a replacement under the following conditions:

• 30-Day Window: Damage or defect requests must be submitted within 30 days of your original purchase date.

• Proof of Magic: Please email us at elainesearemporium@gmail.com with your order number and a quick photo of the damage so we can review it.

• The Handcrafted Variable: Because our fabrics are limited-edition and cut from patterned material, your replacement pair will feature the same design but may have slight differences in character or pattern placement from the original—making it uniquely yours!
